- Tracking and managing inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinating purchase orders, order creation, tracking, and reconciliation with suppliers.
- Overseeing and arranging inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring accurate material movement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (warehouse, procurement, sales, etc.) to forecast demand and plan inventory.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all supply chain activities.
- Handling returns, supplier issues, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Analyzing supply chain data to identify process improvements, cost savings, or efficiency opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with supply chain regulations and internal standards.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency.
