We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students in their academic, personal, and career development. The counsellor will play a key role in helping students overcome challenges, improve well-being, and make informed decisions about their future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to address academic, emotional, social, and personal issues.
- Guide students in career planning, higher education opportunities, and skill development.
- Conduct workshops on stress management, time management, study skills, and personality development.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student growth and resolve concerns.
- Identify students facing mental health challenges and refer them to professional services when needed.
- Organize awareness programs on topics like mental health, career options, and life skills.
- Assist in developing and implementing student support programs and mentorship activities.
