Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Counseling
Engage warm/hot leads via outbound calls, respond to inbound queries, and convert prospects into walk-ins and registrations.
2. Needs Profiling & Decision Support
Assess student skills, interests, and goals to recommend ideal study programs, destinations, and universities.
3. Application & Visa Assistance
Guide students through SOP/LOR/resume preparation, assist with documentation, and provide accurate visa and immigration advice.
4. Follow-Up & Enrollment Tracking
Maintain ongoing engagement, resolve concerns, manage registrations, and log progress in CRM systems.
5. Reporting & Target Monitoring
Track conversion rates, student registrations, and targets through weekly and monthly reports.
6. Team Development & Leadership
Train, mentor, and oversee new counselors to ensure quality and consistency in student support.
7. Digital & Outreach Initiatives
Manage online presence through reviews and website updates; support events, workshops, and seminars.
8. Market Knowledge & Compliance
Stay updated on global education trends, country-specific programs (e.g. USA/Australia), and visa regulations to maintain informed counseling.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in overseas education or student counseling, especially for countries like the USA and Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sales orientation and empathy
- Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and organizational ability to handle documentation and meet targets
