Job Description - Student Affairs Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Provide administrative, technology and project support for the daily activities.
● Coordinates and administers student support to enrolled students, such as course registration, program documentation, information sessions, newsletters and student orientations.
● Coordinate and implement various projects as assigned, including student outcomes tracking initiatives, strategic initiatives and various presentations and
communications.
● Serve as liaison between Board of Directors and other departments to gather information to appropriately respond to student issues/concerns.
● Deal with routine correspondence and enquiries from students, parents, employers, outside agencies and College staff
● Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive and student-centered environment, and with students of various learning styles, cultures, identities, and life-experiences.
● Other related duties as assigned.
Desired candidate qualities:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree is a must.
● Excellent skills in written and verbal English and French language
● Skill in organizing and prioritizing work activities
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
● Clear desire to serve students and deliver on the mission of the college
● Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, required.
