Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and counsel students on courses, career paths, and academic opportunities
- Respond to student queries via phone, email, or virtual meetings
- Maintain student records and ensure regular follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve admission targets
- Ensure a professional and supportive communication experience
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping students shape their future
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Tele-counselling is a plus (Freshers with strong communication welcome!)
