Job Title: Store Incharge
Location: Ralamandal Indore
Department: Stores & Inventory Management
Reporting to: Plant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all store operations for raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and spare parts within a food processing environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality checks before accepting incoming materials, in coordination with the QA/QC team.
- Accurately maintain stock levels using inventory management software (ERP/Tally/SAP), ensuring real-time data entry.
- Issue and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and related documentation for all materials received.
- Implement and enforce FIFO and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) systems to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
- Ensure hygienic storage conditions and compliance with FSSAI standards and other relevant food safety protocols.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for timely availability of materials.
Requirements:
- preferred Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in stores/inventory management in a food processing unit.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, Tally, SAP).
- Familiarity with food-grade material handling, packaging norms
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
