Job Purpose:
To deliver excellent customer service, drive in-store sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations as per brand standards.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in product selection.
- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable outfits.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Sales & Billing
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average bill value.
- Process bills accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
Store Operations
- Maintain clean and organized shelves, trial rooms, and display units.
- Ensure merchandise is correctly tagged, folded, and styled.
- Follow daily checklists for store upkeep and opening/closing duties.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
- Report low-stock or fast-moving items to the Store Manager.
- Handle stock transfers (STO) and return shipments as instructed.
Telecalling & CRM
- Call customers for birthday/festival offers or new arrivals.
- Collect and update customer data for loyalty tracking.
- Promote offers via WhatsApp or phone.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of retail experience (fashion preferred)
- Good communication in [English / Tamil / Hindi as required]
- Sales-driven attitude with basic computer billing knowledge
- Team player with grooming & punctuality
Working Hours:
- [9.30 AM to 8.30 PM] (can be customized)
- Weekends & festivals mandatory working; weekly off on rotation
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Fashion or retail course certification is a plus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
