We are looking for Store in charge with Pharma experience at Villupuram Location.
Ed qualification; B.com, preferred for Pharma experience.
Handling RM and PM
It include material receipt to Dispatch of Finished Goods.
Having knowledge of Good warehousing practice.(GMP practice)
Handling individually entire store activities.
Handling of anytime Audit.
1. Preparation of Documents (Invoice copies & E-Way Bills) for dispatching our Finished Goods, TamilNadu (Stockiest) & other states (Super-Stockiest).
2. Dispatching of Stationeries & Sales Promotional Items (Posters, Calendars, Handouts, and Danglers & Pouch Covers) to all our Sales Officers & Regional Sales Managers.
3. Dispatch details for both stockiest & super Stockiest along with the Invoice Number, date, are maintained in separate Order Book.
4. Arrangement of Local Transport to Lorry Shed for booking our consignments.
5. Follow-up of our consignments, till it reaches the destination.
6. Giving GST value details month wise to Head Office.
7. Maintaining Lorry Receipt Register.
8. Maintaining Return Goods Evaluation register & sending to Head Office.
9. Typing Covering Letter (Consignment Dispatch Details) and sending copies to our Head Office, Stockiest, Super Stockiest , Regional sales Manager & Sales Officers
10. Maintaining Purchase order register & make entries in P.O. as soon as the material reaches the factory premises.
11. Follow-up of the Manufacturers & Suppliers to get our materials on time.
12. As the material reaches the factory, making Goods Inward note(Raw material & Packing Material).
13. Issues of Raw & Packing Material for Production.
14. Maintenance of Packing Material Record.
15. Giving Stores Valuation Register month wise to Head Office.
16. Month wise closing stock statement of Raw & Packing Materials.
17. Maintaining Stores Petty Cash.
18. Responsible for Post Parcel & Couriers & maintaining register.
19. Assisting Production Department for Preparing Indent month wise (Raw & Pack).
20. Negotiating rates with vendors.
Note:
1. Exp: Min 5 years
2. Salary : 30K to 40k Gross
3. Qualification: B.Com
