- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and service areas.
- Table Management: Set and clear tables, ensuring they are prepared for guests.
- Support Staff: Assist servers with drinks, food, and table setups.
- Basic Customer Service: Greet guests, answer basic questions, and direct them as needed.
- Inventory and Supplies: Stock tables with necessary items like condiments, utensils, and napkins.
- Safety and Hygiene: Follow sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
- Assisting with Food Preparation: May assist in preparing salads, appetizers, or desserts.
- Answering Phone Calls: May take reservations or answer general inquiries.
