Staff Nurse

• Job Summary:
• The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. The nurse will collaborate with doctors and healthcare team members to carry out prescribed treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per physician orders.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the ward/ICU as per hospital protocols.
• Prepare patients for tests, surgeries, or examinations.
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and initiate life-saving measures when required.
• Maintain proper inventory of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.
• Follow infection control and biomedical waste management protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
