- Provide basic medical care such as wound dressing, vital signs monitoring, and administering medication.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and other daily tasks.
- Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the doctor or family.
- Educate patients and families on care routines and healthy practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for the patient.
