Job Summary
Fitoverse is seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Mentor / Coach to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate students in various sports disciplines. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured coaching sessions for school or community athletes
- Plan and deliver fitness routines and sports drills
- Track and assess student progress
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Ensure student safety and engagement during sessions
- Support sports events and competitions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of coaching or mentoring experience
- Degree/Diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Fluent in Tamil (mandatory); English is a plus
- Willingness to join immediately and work from Salem
