Job Location: Indranagar , Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the business and operations of assigned sports facilities.
- Ensure top-notch customer experience at 7–15 venues by managing every operational detail.
- Maintain all venues in excellent operational condition and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Promptly report and resolve issues across venues.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 to 15 Venue Executives.
- Drive revenue growth through excellent service and value-added offerings.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Become an expert in suite of tech products and services.
- Professionally represent us to external stakeholders and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and businesses.
- Submit detailed business and data reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; interest in leveraging technology for large-scale operations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in the sports industry or venue operations is a strong plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
