Spanish-Speaking Caller – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and bilingual (Spanish-English) Caller to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies, healthcare providers, or patients to follow up on outstanding claims, verify information, and resolve billing issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical billing or healthcare collections and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies and/or patients to follow up on pending claims or denied services.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish and English to obtain required information or resolve billing issues.
- Document all call activities accurately in the RCM system or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Verify patient insurance details and eligibility when required.
- Work closely with billing and coding teams to ensure clean claim submission and timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to team leads or supervisors as necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly targets related to call volume, claim resolution, and collections.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum of [6 months – 1 year] experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with RCM concepts: claims submission, denials, AR follow-up, collections, etc.
- Good knowledge of U.S. healthcare insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers) is a plus.
- Proficient in using medical billing software, EHRs, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC, CMRS, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers or billing companies.
