DWATT Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Project Installer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar power systems. You will be working directly on customer sites ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components on rooftops and ground-mount systems
- Conduct electrical wiring, system connections, and ensure compliance with safety codes
- Perform testing and commissioning of solar systems
- Handle maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of installed systems
- Conduct site surveys and assist with load calculations
- Collaborate with the project coordinator and ensure timely completion
- Maintain proper records of installation and service work
- Educate customers on system operation and basic maintenance
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar installation (freshers with strong technical skills can apply)
- Good knowledge of DC/AC systems, inverters, batteries, wiring, and safety protocols
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops with appropriate safety gear
- Willing to travel to project sites across Kerala
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)
