Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and related equipment.
- Follow design specifications and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure systems are safely and properly connected to the grid or battery systems.
- Perform electrical wiring and conduit work as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems.
- Adhere to all safety standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Document work completed and report on project status.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
