About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Optimisation to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, working with influencers, and organizing content shoots. You will play a key role in boosting our brand presence and engagement online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels)
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and models to arrange shoots
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand campaigns
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep our content relevant
- Respond to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and professional manner
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare monthly reports
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns and contests
