We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to handle the company’s online presence and direct communication with customers. The role mainly involves creating and sharing content on Instagram, managing WhatsApp broadcast messages, and monitoring customer reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
- Create, schedule, and share posts and stories to promote products, offers, and updates.
- Draft and send WhatsApp broadcast messages for campaigns, promotions, and new launches.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews on Google and social media, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in generating ideas to improve engagement and visibility.
