Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics and Dispatch Executive to manage the daily dispatch operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and handle e-Way bill generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with and possess a strong understanding of logistics workflows and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Management:
• Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules in alignment with customer requirements and internal timelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods from warehouse/factory to various locations.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments to streamline dispatch operations.
• e-Way Bill Generation:
• Prepare and issue e-Way bills in compliance with GST regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all e-Way bills generated and dispatched goods.
• SAP Operations:
• Operate SAP modules (MM/SD) for creating delivery notes, invoices, and updating dispatch records.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate data entries in SAP related to inventory and dispatch activities.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain dispatch documentation including LR copies, invoices, gate passes, etc.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational norms related to logistics and dispatch.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with the sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of dispatch schedules.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics or dispatch roles.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of e-Way bill regulations and generation process.
• Good understanding of logistics documentation and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
