Location: Gurgaon
Shift Timing: Night shift.
Work mode: Work from office
Roles and responsibilities-
- 1 - 10 years of experience in P&C broking/Payables/Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience in Direct / Agency Bill processing, Invoicing, Cash apps & receivables, Premium payables, Commission statements and Reconciliations.
- Tools & systems proficiency: Working knowledge of Agency Management System (AMS) preferably applied EPIC
- Deep understanding of end-to-end broking processes including billing, cash application, payables
- Ability to explain complex reconciliation issues in billing, effectively communicate with teams regarding direct bill issues, policy information, status
- Providing SME support to the teams. Experience in identifying process gaps and implementing improvements.
- Experience and expertise in navigating the functionalities of Applied Epic
