Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a range of advanced skin treatments, assessing client skin conditions, and recommending appropriate skincare services and products. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through expert consultation and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skin treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin therapies.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Recommend skincare routines and professional products based on individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, technologies, and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
- Accurately record client history, treatment plans, and progress.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
