We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of civil construction projects. The role acts as a bridge between site teams, management, and consultants , ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and update daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks for site teams and contractors.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report daily/weekly progress, highlighting bottlenecks and delays to management.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between on-site execution teams, consultants, and management.
- Issue Resolution: Identify site challenges and coordinate with purchase, design, and quality teams to resolve them quickly.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain updated drawings, permits, and reports; ensure adherence to quality and safety norms.
- Meeting Management: Conduct site review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action points.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 years in site coordination, construction supervision, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of civil construction processes, drawings, and quality checks. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication (Hindi/English), problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
