Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise shuttering carpenters and laborers during formwork activities
- Read and interpret structural drawings to determine shuttering requirements
- Verify correct dimensions, alignment, and levels prior to concreting
- Monitor safety protocols and quality standards of formwork
- Oversee proper removal of formwork after concrete curing
- Coordinate with civil engineers and site supervisors on sequencing and timelines
- Maintain inventory and tracking of shuttering materials (steel, plywood, props, etc.)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
