Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee QC activities across polymer processing and plastic packaging lines
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards for product quality
- Conduct material testing (e.g. tensile strength, melt flow index, color matching)
- Manage inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for quality defects
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness (SOPs, QA checklists, traceability)
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and customer service teams to resolve issues
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3–5 years’ experience in QC for plastic packaging or polymer manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of testing standards (ASTM, ISO, BIS), lab equipment, and GMP
- Leadership in team supervision and quality audits
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
