Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and benefits.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and well-maintained.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide solutions effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product updates.
- Process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with store operations and inventory teams for stock availability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–5 years) in showroom/retail sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Education:
- Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (Any specialization)
- Preferred: Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
