Roles & Responsibilities
Create Engaging Posters: Develop attractive posters for campaigns, promotions, and brand communication.
Design Social Media Creatives: Work on daily and campaign-specific social media designs optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Marketing Designs: Contribute to marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and advertisements.
Visual Storytelling: Translate concepts into visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Maintain Consistency: Ensure every design aligns with the brand identity and follows style guidelines.
Ad Design Standards: Design ads that meet digital marketing standards in terms of dimensions, clarity, and performance.
Collaboration: Work with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm fresh design ideas and support ongoing campaigns.
Keep Up with Trends: Stay updated with design and social media trends to bring new ideas and creativity to the table.
Skills Required
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
A strong sense of typography, colors, and layouts.
Basic knowledge of social media dimensions and ad design standards.
Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging visuals.
Creativity, originality, and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work on deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
Experience Level
Fresher with a strong portfolio is welcome.
Internship experience in design is a plus but not mandatory.
