Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in building and managing sales channels? 3sigma CRM is looking for a motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive sales through digital marketing agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners to expand the reach of our CRM solutions across India.
As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in growing our business by developing a strong network of digital marketing agencies that can promote and sell 3sigma CRM to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Identification & Recruitment: Identify and recruit new digital marketing agencies as channel partners. Use market research, networking, and outreach to establish relationships with potential agencies.
- Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Onboard new partners and ensure they have the necessary resources and training to sell and promote 3sigma CRM effectively to their clients.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies with channel partners to drive CRM sales, focusing on lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and manage sales targets for each partner, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with overall company goals. Provide guidance and support to ensure partners achieve their sales objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
- Sales Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, sales resources, and support to channel partners, helping them effectively position 3sigma CRM to their clients and close sales.
- Reporting & Feedback: Track and report on sales performance from channel partners. Provide insights into opportunities and challenges, and work with the leadership team to optimize the channel sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience in Channel Sales: Prior experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS, CRM, or digital marketing industry. Experience working with digital marketing agencies is a plus.
- Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and drive revenue through channel partners. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: A goal-oriented individual with the drive to succeed and the ability to work independently and manage multiple channel partnerships.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain the benefits of 3sigma CRM to potential partners and clients.
- Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to increase sales through channel partnerships.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,198.65 - ₹35,000.00 per month
