- Lead and guide the digital marketing team to ensure quality in the work and assignments, and effective client service.
- Develop and present a detailed and convincing digital marketing plan and proposal to prospective clients and thereby ensuring business for the organization.
- Create and oversee the development of social media content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media
- Develop engaging online content including forums, videos, graphics, and blogs
- Monitor and analyse content success
- Research, Understand and Stay up-to-date on the Latest SEO, social media, and Internet marketing, Search Engine Algorithms, Rules, Techniques, and Trends.
- Plan and guide the team to execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Spearhead and Ensure Lead SEO efforts, including on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and technical SEO audits.
- Develop and manage social media strategy and organic growth on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and guide the team to implement effective email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc
- Ensure the team is conducting A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console and proper reports are shared.
- Ensure lead generation and improvements in Cost per Click (CPC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by continuous evaluation of the campaigns and activities.
Role & responsibilities
- Graduation or Diploma or Valid Certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in managing WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in explaining marketing concepts and reports..
- Ability to manage and guide a team and ensure productivity and quality.
