Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive
Location : Nagpur
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Level: 1 - 2 years of Experience
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
* Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with remarketing/retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and landing page optimization (preferred but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to drive traffic and conversions.
* Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns (including Instagram) focused on performance and ROI.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
* Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to improve campaign performance.
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
* Maintain and optimize landing pages for improved user experience and higher conversion rates.
* Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
* Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and paid media.
Provide weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
