Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Expert with strong expertise in managing SEO, paid campaigns, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting online visibility, driving targeted traffic, and ensuring measurable ROI through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
SEO
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
- Execute on-page & off-page optimization, including backlink building
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic through SEO best practices
Social Media & Ads
- Develop and manage social media posting calendar
- Run and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Collaborate with the graphic designer for creatives and video editor for campaign videos
Content Marketing
- Plan blog/article topics aligned with SEO strategy
- Coordinate with in-house or freelance content writers for publishing quality content
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website performance, traffic, conversions, and ROI using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Provide monthly performance reports and suggest strategy improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO & Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in digital tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
