Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor and optimize space utilization, handling, and storage systems.
- Ensure on-time dispatches and deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Implement and monitor safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
- Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff and labor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse/inventory management.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS software and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
