- Drive revenue growth through partners by identifying and capitalizing on joint business opportunities with a focus on new logos and upsell.
- Develop and execute strategies to activate, enable, and build pipeline with partners, increasing partner-initiated opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to build and implement co-selling strategies and Joint Business Plans with partners.
- Manage partner forecasting and internal processes to improve forecast accuracy.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners, ensuring compliance with programs and agreements.
- Lead joint partner planning, including setting objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
- Drive partner sales and technical certifications to enhance partner capabilities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with top partners and internal stakeholders.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to fill geography or vertical gaps.
- Build and maintain relationships with distribution and technology vendors to identify joint opportunities.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM for all partner-related activities and pipeline management.
- Stay current with competitive products, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Support commercial, legal, and sales elements at the opportunity level for partners.
- Travel regularly for partner meetings, conferences, and business reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in channel/partner sales or business development, preferably in software/SaaS; cybersecurity experience is highly advantageous.
- Must have experience with enterprise customers in a revenue & quota carrying role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Understanding of DevOps and Security environments is a plus.
- Proven success managing partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth in India and/or UAE markets.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to build and execute measurable channel strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce and CRM tools with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
- A track record of driving measurable revenue results through partner ecosystems.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
