We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE, MARKET/CLIENT RISK MANAGEMENT to join our team. This role is located in CHENNAI.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Data Analysis for FINRA CAT/CAIS-Analyze data submission for CAT and CAIS to ensure compliance with FINRA regulations. Monitor and validate data accuracy and completeness. Identify and report discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies. Perform root cause analysis and work with teams to resolve issues.
- T+1 Late Allocation and Affirmation Analysis-Analyze data for T+1 settlement process to address late allocation and affirmations. Identify trends and provide insights to mitigate delays. Collaborate with Operations and IT to enhance data reporting mechanism. Prepare reports and presentations on allocation and affirmation process.
- Collaboration and Communication-Work with teams across the organization to align data and support compliance initiatives. Effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Provide training on data analysis told and techniques.
- Review Daily Trade Surveillance Reports- Review post trade surveillance reports and escalating potential issues for resolution.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree is required preferred
- 5-7 years of experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Settlement Process-Familiarity with settlement process
- Financial Instruments-Knowledge of financial instruments and trading practices
- Technical Skills:
- Data Visualization Tool-Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Database Management-Familiarity with database system and warehousing
- Analytical Skills-Strong ability in interpreting complex data, identifying trends and anomalies.
- Effective Communication-Ability to present data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
