Position: Semi Qualified Company Secretary (CS Inter)

About the Role:
We are hiring a Trainee – Company Secretary who is currently pursuing their CS (Company Secretary) qualification and has not yet completed it. At least have 1year of relevant experience in a compliance or secretarial support role and a strong foundation in corporate laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings (ROC, MCA, etc.)
- Support in drafting board resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and minute writing
- Help with compliance tracking across various group entities
- Coordinate with internal departments and consultants on secretarial and legal matters
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Stay updated with changes in company law and related regulations
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of corporate compliance, ROC processes, and basic company law
- Familiarity with MCA portal, statutory formats, and secretarial documentation
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
Eligibility Criteria:
- CS Inter (currently pursuing or drop out from CS)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a company secretarial or compliance-related role
- Eager to learn and grow in a structured corporate environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
