Key Responsibilities:
- Handling front desk operations & visitor management.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting management.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable and well-organized.
- Prior experience in shipping/logistics industry preferred (not mandatory).
