Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience. and possess strong expertise in API and mobile app testing. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of automated test cases.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Javascript based tools/ libraries
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for mobile applications
- Perform API testing & automation to identify functional issues early in the test cycle
- Collaborate with software developers and quality assurance engineers to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Continuously research and implement best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 3-5 years of experience in software development and testing.
- Proficiency in Javascript programming language.
- Experience with Mobile and API testing
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Webdriver IO
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
