About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills who are eager to start their careers in International B2B Sales.
Selected candidates will undergo structured training in sales processes, lead generation, and international client engagement before moving into live projects.
Years of Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers)
Industry: IT Sales / International B2B Sales
Objectives
- Learn & Grow: Gain practical exposure to global IT sales through structured training.
- Lead Generation: Learn how to identify and connect with potential international clients via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Appointment Support: Assist the senior sales team by scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.
- CRM Support: Understand and maintain accurate prospect records in CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make introductory calls and emails to international prospects (US, UK, APAC, etc.) under guidance.
- Assist in qualifying prospects based on set criteria.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating appointments for the senior sales team.
- Learn to update lead details, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities to reporting managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with confidence to interact with international clients.
- Eagerness to Learn: Strong interest in sales and willingness to undergo training.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn processes and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, email, and online research.
