Communicate with the Businesses Users in an appropriate and constructive manner at all times and keeping them informed of progress on call resolution
•Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI module including its sub-modules (AP, AR, and AA). •Working knowledge on various RICEF objects including design and development of various complex interfaces and conversion objects •Designs test plans, executes test scenarios, validates test data, and documents test results •Test, configuration changes related to bug fixes with the support of Application •Develop formal end user training plans/scripts with key business leaders and vendor/system integrator functional staff •Comprehend and comply with IT policies and processes in the areas of software development and implementation •Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with SMEs, super-users, and internal and external IT resources on assigned projects, working toward common business objectives, timelines, and quality delivery •Ensure compliance to the agreed-upon Service Delivery processes at all times, updating documentation repository and call handling system to reflect changes made during call resolution in a timely manner •Promote and sustain positive and productive work relationships with Client, Business Users and team membersCommunicate with the Businesses Users in an appropriate and constructive manner at all times and keeping them informed of progress on call resolution
