Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Manage sales transactions accurately (cash/card/UPI).
- Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels.
- Handle inventory and assist with stock checking.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support in packaging and delivery coordination when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Customer-friendly attitude with a focus on service.
- Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
