About the Role:
We are seeking refined, well-spoken, and experienced Sales Professionals for a premium gift shop dealing in high-end gifting items for weddings and special occasions. The ideal candidate should come with strong exposure to the jewellery or luxury retail industry and have a flair for customer interaction and elegant presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in choosing exclusive gift items with grace and professionalism
- Understand client preferences and suggest suitable, high-value gifting options
- Maintain boutique standards in product display, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Handle billing, packaging, and coordinate deliveries where needed
- Build lasting relationships with customers for repeat and referral business
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language
- Well-groomed, polished personality with a sense of luxury etiquette
- Sales-driven, punctual, and customer-centric
