Kohli Glow Signs is a leading brand in Signage, CNC Carving, Marble Mandirs, Premium Wall Murals, and Customized Interior & Exterior Solutions. With 30+ professionals, 8 designers, and 6 CNC machines, 4 Printing Machines , we are expanding rapidly and aiming to scale from ₹3 Cr to ₹10 Cr turnover in the next 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads & client calls (Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, and Direct Clients).
- Explain our products & solutions (Sign boards, CNC Panels, Mandirs, Murals, Printing).
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals & presentations.
- Follow up with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the design & production team for project requirements.
- Maintain lead records in CRM (Zoho).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Graduate (Any stream).
- 1–3 years experience in Sales / Customer Handling / Tele-calling (preferably in interiors, construction, printing, or related field).
- Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi, Punjabi, and Basic English).
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM).
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
What We Offer
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Incentives (Performance Based).
