- Keep Clients Satisfied: Once a client signs on, the executive builds a strong relationship with them. This involves being their main point of contact, understanding their shipping needs, and ensuring they are happy with the service.
- Know the Industry: They must be an expert on different shipping methods (like by air, sea, or road) and customs rules. This knowledge allows them to offer the best and most cost-effective solutions to clients.
- Work with the Team: They work closely with the operations team to make sure every shipment runs smoothly, and they report their sales progress to management.
