Job Title: Experienced Sales Representative (Base Salary + Commission) – Work US Hours – Remote
Location: Remote (Must work during US business hours)
Compensation: ₹80/hour + ₹3000 commission per sale (Minimum 4 sales per week)
Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative with at least 2 years of phone sales experience. You will contact potential clients during US business hours, explain our services, and close sales while meeting weekly targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients during US business hours
- Present and explain our resume marketing services clearly
- Handle objections and answer client questions professionally
- Achieve a minimum of 4 sales per week
- Keep accurate records of sales activity
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule aligned to US hours
- Basic computer and internet skills
Compensation:
- ₹80 per hour (base pay)
- ₹3000 commission per sale
- Minimum 4 sales weekly expected
- Payment will be made weekly or bi-weekly
