Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Recruiter—a professional with proven sales or business development experience who wants to leverage their persuasion and relationship-building skills in the recruitment industry.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in sales/BD and has some exposure to hiring or talent engagement, and now wants to grow into full-time recruitment.
Responsibilities
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordination & closing.
· Build strong candidate pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
· Apply a sales-driven approach to engage and convert candidates.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
· Maintain ATS records and share regular hiring updates.
Requirements
· Mandatory: 2–3 years’ experience in sales or business development.
· Recruitment experience/exposure is a strong plus.
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
· Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is an advantage.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
