Job Overview:
Wishtree Info Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Project Coordinator with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in team handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be performance-oriented, and capable of ensuring timely project delivery within set TAT (Turn-Around-Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple teams across various projects to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to maintain clarity and alignment on goals.
- Analyze and evaluate team performance and provide strategic feedback for improvements.
- Resolve conflicts or roadblocks efficiently and guide the team toward effective solutions.
- Ensure optimal resource planning, allocation, and productivity tracking.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to organizational processes.
Key Skills Required:
- Leadership & team management ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and TAT
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance evaluation
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or team management, preferably in IT/Tech domains
