Position: Sales Recruiter (US/Canada Staffing)
Location: [Sector 63, Noida]
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
We are looking for an energetic Sales Recruiter to join our US/Canada Recruitment team. This role involves handling end-to-end sales recruitment processes, building client relationships, and achieving placement targets for IT & Non-IT positions in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal database.
- Communicate with US/Canada clients and understand job requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure smooth placement.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with consultants and vendors.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring & sales targets.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS/CRM regularly.
Requirements:
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in US/Canada IT/Non-IT Recruitment or BPO/KPO sales.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English must be strong).
- Comfortable working in night shift.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
