Summary: As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring that all aspects of the origination process are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and fostering relationships that contribute to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategic decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure Modern Data Platform, Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Experience in managing complex sales cycles and client relationships. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BE is required.
