Role Purpose
We’re seeking a Sales Operations & CRM Executive who thrives on structure and precision. This role ensures sales processes run smoothly—managing CRM data, tracking buyer progress, and coordinating across teams to keep sale on track.
You'll be the behind-the-scenes force ensuring every lead, document, and payment milestone is accounted for, while supporting CRM enhancements and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily updates to CRM and sales trackers
- Generate weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline
- Support offer letters, agreements, and closing documentation
- Track buyer follow-ups, token payments, and documentation status
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance for agreements and payments
- Monitor campaign performance, lead aging, and agent efficiency
- Assist in CRM rollout, testing, and team training
Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years in CRM, sales ops, or real estate documentation
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRMs (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot)
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and discreet with data
- Strong in coordination and team collaboration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
