Job Title : Operations Executive
Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Executive with a passion for healthcare and a drive to contribute to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to support healthcare service delivery and product management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotions and marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD), including participation in special projects
Qualification :
- MHA, MBA in relevant specialization.
Experience : 0 - 3 years
Preferred male candidates.
