Required Sales girl for Vodafone telecommunication Store
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proactively assess customer needs and recommend suitable Vodafone products and services (e.g., mobile plans, data packs, smartphones, accessories).
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and concise way.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate effectively in the local language and English is often required.
